  Focus through new structure
In order to simplify the organisation and intensify our focus on the two main business areas of the concern, 2008 saw the implementation of a new kk-group concern structure.
Headed by our management team consisting of Tommy G. Jespersen, Johnny Haahr and Tonni Birk Sørensen, administration and concern management were unified within kk-group a/s. kk-group now consists of three subsidiaries: The existing kk-electronic a/s continues to handle control solutions and power distribution within the energy and environment sectors as well as development and production of embedded electronics. Tommy G. Jespersen is CEO of kk-electronic a/s.
The new company ELOGIC a/s, incorporating related activities from previous units Circuit Electric, Demex Electric and DLK, is headed by Tonni Birk Sørensen. The third subsidiary is made up by the concern production company in Poland, kk-electronic Polska, headed by Johnny Haahr. Johnny Haahr is also CFO in kk-group.
